International PV Standards Forum

Standards play an increasingly important role in the development of PV industry, to a company, adopting standards means compatibility, simplification, lower cost and higher quality which is the basic competitiveness in a market. SEMI has more than 30 years’ experience in the field of international standards development in particular the high tech industry. There are more than 800 SEMI international standards widely adopted in the industries like semiconductor, flat panel display, PV and LED. Represented by SEMI, China PV Standards Committee encourages and facilitates the Chinese local companies to participate SEMI International PV Standard development and adoption, lower down the manufacturing cost as well as improve production efficiency in PV industry.

With the full support from SEMI China PV Standards Committee, this forum will share the progression of SEMI’s global PV standard development effort as well as the focus of different regions in particular China. It provides a platform to the participations to share the latest information and seek cooperative opportunities in PV standardization.
